Clearwater it is great not that exspensive and 15 min from beach .
I love it . I am happy here . Used to live in tampa ,too busy too crowded not enough jobs to go around and houses are exspensive and alot of crime.Love it here though great place to live.
I live in TampaBay and by no means is it cheap, I think someone is lying to you, This is one of the most expensive states to live in
